Few students are lucky enough to have the Cat in the Hat as their substitute teacher for the day. Sunset Elementary School held a special birthday celebration in honor of Dr. Seuss’ 109th birthday. The day began with a breakfast with parents, followed by an assembly that included a game show hosted by the Cat in the Hat (Deb Frazier), who later substituted for Mrs. Jones’ kindergarten class.
