The site of the future Fuller Center House at 731 Yampa Ave. sits Thursday covered in snow. Neil Folks, president of the Moffat County Fuller Center for Housing, said that plans to begin building will likely take place in April, weather permitting. Folks is currently working on acquiring materials, some donated and others at cost from local businesses. Donations towards the project are always being accepted.
