Moffat County Commissioner Tom Mathers joins his new colleagues, commissioners Chuck Grobe and John Kinkaid, Tuesday in commission chambers for the first meeting of 2013. Mathers welcomed dozens of residents to the swearing in ceremony of Grobe and Kinkaid in the upstairs conference room of the Moffat County Courthouse. “I like to call this "change day," Mathers said. "We’re going to welcome in two new commissioners. I told them they’re going to get sworn in today, and sworn at for the next four years.”
