Moffat County High School’s Student Council is hoping to turn something negative into a positive. Starting Wednesday morning, the students and staff of MCHS began a project involving a banner intended for the people of Centennial’s Arapahoe High School following the shooting that occurred there on Dec. 13, in which one student was critically injured and the gunman — also a student — committed suicide.
