Children mill around in the Breeze School gymnasium at the 1953 school Christmas party. Complete with Santa, gifts and a full meal, the party was a tradition that continues on today in our local schools.

Some things never change, and the traditional Christmas party held at Craig elementary schools is one of those holiday events still held today. In 1953, a party was held at Craig’s Breeze School in the gymnasium, which stood in the 600 block of Breeze Street.
