Moffat County TCAP scores show growth, decline

The results of the 2013 Transitional Colorado Assessment Program, recently released by the Colorado Department of Education, show Moffat County School District is all over the grid in test scores for reading, writing, math and science, showing significant improvement in some areas and just as significant slides in others.
