Daughters of the American Revolution members from left to right, LuAnn Kline, Arloa Gerber and Peggy Cisar ring bells at noon Monday on the corner of Yampa and Victory Way to celebrate Constitution Day. A part of Constitution Week, the ladies rang bells for 15 minutes, along with participating churches in town. A nationally recognized holiday, schools receiving federal funding are mandated to teach about the constitution on Sept. 17.
