Craig Middle School science teacher, Norm Yoast, stands by his Excellence in Science Education 2012 award, given to him by the Colorado Association of Science Teachers. Yoast has over 20 years of teaching experience.
Carelli's Pizza, 465 Yampa Ave., was forced to close recently when a water line broke in the men and women's restroom. The restaurant is scheduled to reopen Friday in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend.

Connections 4 Kids coordinator Michelle Balleck reports that the launches of the program in Moffat and Rio Blanco counties were so successful that registration is temporarily suspended while additional dollars to fund the program are sought.
