Michelle Balleck, coordinator of Connections 4 Kids early childhood council, presents a basket of children-themed prizes valued at $50 on March 6 to Gracie Varner, 3, of Rangely, during the Rio Blanco County Children’s Health Fair in Rangely. Connections 4 Kids conducted a drawing in Rangely and Meeker, where 4-year-old LiLi Piper won the prize package. Balleck and Ashley Moon, registered dental hygienist and oral health coordinator for Moffat and Rio Blanco counties, will also provide oral health assessments and fluoride varnish at the Children’s Health Fair in Craig on Thursday and Friday.
