A photograph of wild horses at Sandwash Basin dominates a wall inside the Moffat County Tourism Association’s new office in Centennial Mall. The office encompasses about 2,500 square feet, including storage space, and is laid out in the shape of Moffat County, MCTA Director Melody Villard said.
