A golfer works on his swing at the Yampa Valley Golf Course practice range. The Cottonwood Classic, the course’s largest tournament, began this morning with 127 golfers. The 54-hole tournament also features music, a dinner at the Tin Cup Grill Saturday night and a chipping contest.
