Colorado State Sen. Jean White, R-Hayden, shown here in front of the state capitol building in 2011, is running for re-election after serving her first term in the state senate. The incumbent is vying for the Senate District 8 seat with fellow Republican Randy Baumgardner, of Hot Sulphur Springs, who represents House District 57.

What in the world happened to the dome and down the right side of the state capitol building? A lot of material appears to be missing there!

IMO someone tried to photoshop Ms White standing in front of the capitol building and they did a pea-poor job of photoshopping. The landscaping doesn't even match up. Therefore I would suggest that she was NOT standing in front of the State Capitol Building.

Actually, there was an add several months ago with Gov Hickenlooper talking about the remodeling of the capital building. I think they are doing a renovation on the building.
