Teresa Smith of the Moffat County Treasurer’s Office shows a planner containing all her foreclosure-related tasks, including those pertaining to foreclosure sales and publications. From Jan. 1 through June 30, 2012, the Treasurer’s Office recorded 34 foreclosures, or nearly five times as many as the seven foreclosures recorded in all of 2008.
