Since they opened the business 10 years ago, they expanded their services to include domestic livestock processing, including cows, pigs and sheep, and added retail items, Bob Satterwhite said. Their most popular items include jerky, bacon, ham, lunch meats and sausage products. Bob Satterwhite, 50, has lived in Craig since 1989, and enjoys being part of the community. “The people have welcomed us since we’ve lived here,” he said.
