Vallarta’s Mexican Restaurant, inside Centennial Mall at 1111 W. Victory Way, took the titles of best margarita and best Mexican food in the 2012 Best of Moffat County competition. The restaurant is known for its fajitas and its Cadillac, Vallarta and agave margaritas, employee Rogelio Nunez said. Staff members have built a rapport with the community since the business opened in December 2008. “Our customers become our friends,” Nunez said.
