Matt Hulstine, a Moffat County High School sophomore, poses Monday on a starting block at the MCHS swimming pool. Hulstine qualified for the 4A state swim meet in the 200-yard individual medley and broke his own MCHS record in the 100-yard breaststroke on April 15 and 16 at the Jeffco Invitational.
