Ken Johnson, a former Craig Police Department detective, follows Tausha Merwin on Tuesday into Moffat County District Court for his sentencing hearing. Johnson pleaded guilty in April to attempting to influence a public servant, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to seven days jail, 53 days work release, 150 hours community service and two years probation.
