Moffat County health officials have boxes of Tamiflu and Relenza from a national stockpile to help treat people with the flu this fall and winter. Officials said one of the best ways residents can avoid illness is practicing clean habits.

Deputy Ryan Hess, with the Moffat County Sheriff's Office, talks to Craig Middle School sixth-graders during the first day of the D.A.R.E. program. The required program was expanded this year to include fifth-graders for the first time in Moffat County.
Students look at literature involved in D.A.R.E. program classes, which centers on drug awareness and prevention. Both Sheriff's Office Deputy Hess and Craig Police Department officer Tony Gianinetti will teach the program two hours a week.
