Junior Nike Cleverly races to the finish line Friday at the Grand Junction Central Cross Country Meet. Cleverly was third on the Bulldog team and fifth overall. The Bulldog boys and girls swept the meet with two first-place team finishes.

The Eagle's Wings Christian School began its second year of school Aug. 31. The school now resides in a new building at 421 Taylor St., after searching for a new location since last spring.
