The eighth-grade Bulldogs A-team beat visiting Steamboat Springs Middle School, 45-27. Cleverly scored 12 points in the game, Kelly Campbell added 10, Thorin Jackson had eight, Curtis Dunlap put in five, and Colton Yoast, Dalton Kendall and Jorge Torres had two points apiece.

Wells said he would rather hear the bags of leaves pop than glass bottles, which sometimes explode onto whoever is operating the compressor.
