Patti Disch, left, who works with dietary services at the Moffat County Jail, plates a hefty portion of turkey for a Thanksgiving meal Thursday at the jail. Fernando Rojas, an inmate who helps in the kitchen, waits patiently to drench the meat and stuffing with giblet gravy. Inmates and staff were served a traditional feast of turkey, green bean casserole, stuffing, vegetables, bread, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie for the holiday.
