Fernando Rojas, an inmate who helps in the kitchen, waits patiently to drench the meat and stuffing with giblet gravy. Inmates and staff were served a traditional feast of turkey, green bean casserole, stuffing, vegetables, bread, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie for the holiday.
