This is a reproduction of a painting by Cassilly Adams. Painted in 1886, it depicts Custer's Last Fight at Little Big Horn in 1876, which coincided with the year that Anheuser Busch Brewing Association began the production of beer in the United States. In 1889, Busch employed F. Otto Becker, of Milwaukee Lithograph Co., to create this lithograph that was distributed to saloons, bars and restaurants across the nation. This and other artifacts can be viewed at the Wyman Museum.
