The program rewards high school students for buckling their seatbelt while driving. Other winners were Challyn Pfifer, back left, a senior who won a set of Dayton tires; Alex McKey, a junior who won a 19-inch Sharp LCD high-definition television; Keith Fenton, a junior who won a Pioneer in-dash car stereo; and Katy Nottingham, a junior who won a gift certificate for $100 worth of gas. Police officers handed out 289 other prizes from September to April during the program. Pictured in back right is Cpl. Bryan Gonzales.
