Jim Pringle, warning coordination meteorologist for the Grand Junction office of the National Weather Service, teaches a weather spotting and precipitation measurement training class Wednesday at the Moffat County Fairgrounds Pavilion. The class trains local residents on how to spot and measure local weather events for the National Weather Service.
