The Moffat County High School girls golf team welcomed back sophomore Callie Papoulas, front, to the team this week. Papoulas and Nike Cleverly (not pictured) joined the team after completing girls basketball. The team, from back left, Sam Fox, Jamie Brown, Jayme Colvin, Bonnie Flanders and Heather Nicholson, gets a chance to tee it up Monday, as they hit the links of Book Cliff Golf Course in Grand Junction. Nicholson will fly solo Tuesday, as the junior competes at Tiara Rado Golf Course, also in Grand Junction.
A photo, of Elaine Bradley with her husband Willard taken in the 1990s in Rifle, sits in a remembrance box. The box contains photos, a cross memorializing their 25th wedding anniversary and a flag given to Elaine at Willard's funeral.
Elaine Bradley says her rosary prayer during adoration March 19 at St. Michael Catholic Church. Bradley visits the church four or five times a week.
Elaine Bradley sits in her home Wednesday in Craig, holding a photo of her husband, Willard. The photo, taken during Willard's service in the Marine Corp during World War II, was given to Elaine by Willard shortly after they met more than 50 years ago.
Health Works keeps a variety of natural and herbal remedies and vitamins on hand for customers at the store.

Wright stocks products Wednesday in a designated area for wheat- and gluten-free items. Wright said many people choose these foods for allergy and/or dietary concerns.

Josiah Trujillo, from left, Kathrine Cork, Hollie Shipley, Domenic James and Rhiannon Miller are Moffat County High School students and yearbook staff members who traveled to New York from March 17 to 22 with teacher Casey Kilpatrick for a Columbia Scholastic Press Association workshop. The students learned about color, photography and many other journalistic concepts they intend to implement into next year's yearbook.
