The Moffat County High School wrestling team, pictured above before the start of the 2008-09 season, participated in its annual awards banquet Wednesday evening. Fifteen of the grapplers earned letterman status, while Cody Nelson (most pins) and Jesse Breslin (most improved) picked up some extra hardware during the event.

Jarrod Poley, left, and Lynn Schonert are the two new court security officers for the Moffat County Courthouse. The armed officers are part of new security measures that will be implemented at the courthouse next month. The officers will be screening those entering the courthouse using a metal detector, among other duties.
Mark Rood, president and co-founder of TOMA Research, presents the results of a Top of Mind Awareness survey recently conducted in Craig, citing which local business comes to mind first in residents' minds in various categories. Rood recommends simple, clear advertising campaigns to build name recognition and trust in customers.
