Moffat County High School senior Cassie Gore will be heading to the Distributive Education Club of America national competition April 28 to May 3 in Anaheim, Calif. This will be the second time Gore has represented MCHS at the competition.

Craig Fire/Rescue firefighters respond to a structure fire at about 2 a.m. Thursday in the 3400 block of Ridgeview Road. A bathroom exhaust fan had failed and caught fire. They prevented the blaze from spreading to the rest of the house.
