Sketch renderings of homes within the Hillside project show the architectural style developers are thinking about pursuing. John Sattler, a partner with Diversified Consulting Solutions, said the company wants a neighborhood of family homes with two to four bedrooms, traditional-style architecture, modern amenities and customization options for every buyer, including green energy efficiency upgrades.
