An excavator starts the process to remove gas tanks from underneath a lot at Third Street and Lincoln Avenue in downtown, where the Shell gas station and the Blimpie sandwich shop once were. Jon Sanders, commercial real estate broker associate with Green Courte Partners' downtown redevelopment projects, said a potential tenant for the space is "contemplating what they want to do" and that another option is to raze the building.
