Plumbing, heating, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, selling light fixtures: Dave DeRose, owner of Masterworks Mechanical, lists off the many things his business does on a daily basis. "Pretty much, we make a house a home," DeRose said. With 20 years in business and 13 employees, something must be going right.
