Tri-State Generation and Transmission officials plan to start work April 4 on a $39 million retrofit at the Craig power plant. The retrofit will focus on making environmental renovations to one of the plant's generation units, which will allow the plant to put out an additional 30 megawatts of electricity without increasing emissions.
