This sign at Fortification Rocks on N. Colorado Highway 13 is one of three that was recently installed. The other two are at Isles Grove, also on Highway 13, and the Moffat/Routt county line on U.S. Highway 40. After many years, the signs are back up with new photos, revised text and updated local information. The Moffat County Tourism Association provided the funding for the new signs, staff from the Museum of Northwest Colorado contributed the text and photos, and Identity Graphics designed them.
