Theresia Doloksaribu, a Moffat County High School junior, takes notes Tuesday during the first week of classes of the Moffat County Work and Life Skills Coalition's after-school program. A total of 116 local students are enrolled in the 11-week program, which offers a laptop computer to students who complete all of the requirements.
