The Aging Well Program's "Wellness Wednesday" takes place from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. today at the American Legion Post 62, 1055 Moffat County Road 7 for people ages 50 and older. It includes art, writing and exercise classes throughout the day. Lunch is served at each week's presentation. To register for activities, call 871-7676.

Dr. Andy Hughes, right, is a new doctor to the area and will be working out of The Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic, 651 Yampa Ave., which is accepting appointments and opens Monday. Neilene Folks, an 11-year physician assistant, will join him at the clinic.
