MCHS senior runner Colt Criswell competes in the Bulldog time trials two weeks ago at Loudy-Simpson Park. Criswell helped pace the Moffat County boys team Saturday in Grand Junction by finishing seventh overall.
Members of the Craig Police Department, Craig Fire/Rescue and The Memorial Hospital Emergency Medical Services responded to a two-car collision at Ranney and Fourth streets that occurred about 10:30 a.m. Monday. One person in the crash was transported to TMH and was released after receiving treatment Monday. Samantha Johnston, TMH Service Excellence officer, said the hospital couldn't release the patient's name.
Maybell Elementary School recently received a $1,000 grant from Pioneer Natural Resources, which the school will use to purchase computer tables. Maybell Elementary students, pictured above, will use the tables, as will Maybell senior citizens enrolled in a computer class offered by the Colorado Northwestern Community College's Aging Well program.
