Wouldn't it be boring? / If all the roads were straight. / No hills to go up and down. / No curves to go around. / Just one long ribbon of road. / Thank God for the mountains. / Without the mountains. / There would be no mountain roads. / No hills to go up and down. / Each hill with a different view. / No curves to go around. / Around each curve we are sure to see something new. / Myself, I'm glad all roads aren't straight.
Dalton Reed works in the blacksmithing shop Saturday at the Wyman Museum. Blacksmithing was one of many demonstrations at Sheep Wagon Days, which also included service dog, rope making, goat milking and saddle making.
