Moffat County senior Alicia Nelson breaks the tape as she crosses the finish line as the champion of the Class 4A Girls Cross Country State Championships on Saturday in Fort Collins. Nelson finished the 5,000-meter race in 18 minutes, 13.7 seconds, which was 14 seconds in front of second place.
