Voters cast their ballots on paper ballots Tuesday morning at Centennial Mall shortly after the polls opened at 7 a.m. Elaine Sullivan, Moffat County Clerk and Recorder, said she wasn't worried equipment failure and expected waiting time to last no longer than 15 minutes.
