Sherie Lewis jumps rope at Craig Intermediate School on Tuesday afternoon. Lewis raised $1,000 for Jump Rope for Heart, a program benefiting the American Heart Association. The school raised $5,600 for the program, setting a record for the school and the district, said Ann Stehlin, CIS physical education teacher.
