Cody Fredrickson, shown above during a fight in April, won the Kick Down Middleweight MMA title Saturday in Denver. Fredrickson has won two championship belts in his three amateur fights.
Members of the Emerald City Opera’s Opera Artist Institute will perform Mozart’s “Cosi fan tutte” at 3 p.m. Aug. 8 at Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane. The Artist Institute auditions young adult performers from across the country.
