Greg Rockhold, pictured at his office Thursday, took Mike Luppes' place as Hayden schools' superintendent July 1. Luppes took the athletics director position.
Construction progresses Thursday at the Kum & Go, 1302 W. Victory Way. Plans for the building include a large gas pump station with 10 stations total. Officials cannot say for certain when the remodeled store will open.
Iva Decker prepares pickled beats Thursday at her house in Craig. Decker plans on entering many items in the fair, which is scheduled to take place Aug. 2 to 9.
Brady Daugherty, 8, sets up shells Thursday during 4-H Sharp Shooter practice at Bears Ears Shooting Range. The event was the group's last practice before a final competition Saturday that will determine which members go to a state 4-H shooting event.
