Rifle resident Susan Caldwell chips onto the ninth hole Sunday during the 21st annual Ladies Silver Bullet golf tournament at Yampa Valley Golf Course. Caldwell carded a 257 throughout the two-day event, placing 18th in the fifth flight.
Craig Fire/Rescue members hose down the singed grass between Tri-State Equipment and the Black Nugget Motel. An unmarked electrical line caused the brush fire — as well as numerous power outages — at 2 p.m. Sunday.
Fireworks followed the Firefall and Three Dog Night concert Saturday night at the Moffat County Fairgrounds.
