Teenage depression, and how to notice its warning signs, will be the focus of a meeting next week hosted by the Yampa Valley agency Reaching Everyone Preventing Suicide. REPS estimates one in five teens in Moffat and Routt counties is battling some form of depression.
Moffat County High School senior Sean Smith, a member of the MCHS Key Club, holds up a quarter. The Key Club currently is holding a quarter drive to raise money for homeless youths in Moffat County. The money raised will go to Moffat County Youth United Way and the EPYCS program, which will provide food, clothing and shelter to local homeless youths.

Ridgeview and other area elementary schools host one concert a year for each grade level.
