Misty Schulze, OMNI Research and Training regional prevention consultant, lays hands on the presentation she created for the Moffat County Youth Wellness Initiative. The report, entitled “Improving the Larger Environment for Our Young People,” describes the causes and consequences of underage drinking. Schulze is scheduled to begin presenting the report to community groups in Moffat, Routt, Rio Blanco and Grand counties this spring.
