Joseph and Suzette Brumleve spend time with their grandson, Ben James. The Brumleves were found dead Monday after their single-engine plane crashed about 10 miles from Yampa Valley Regional Airport. The cause of the crash won't be determined until the National Transportation Safety Board completes its investigation.

Carlo Roche, an inmate at the Moffat County Jail, sanded rust from a Schwinn bicycle in November that will be donated to children, some on the reservations near his home in Nevada. "I'm in jail here," he said, "but I might get to see some of my work back home on the reservation."
