Members of the board and TMH Facilities Corp. gathered at a special meeting Tuesday to finalize details for the hospital's agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which will guarantee the hospital's $40.3 million loan for new hospital construction. The final closing with HUD is scheduled to take place Dec. 17 in Denver.
