Joe Muldoon, playing Santa on the Tri-State Equipment INC. float, puts the finishing touches on his costume Saturday before setting off north on Yampa Avenue for the 2008 Craig Parade of Lights. More than 12 floats made their way up Yampa and west along Victory Way for Craig residents to enjoy.
