Moffat County High School’s Ben Williams leads off of first base Saturday against visiting Battle Mountain. Williams pitched a perfect game — facing the minimum 15 batters — in a mercy-rule-shortened 16-0 home-opening victory for the Bulldogs.
Travis Linsacum has his hand raised in victory Saturday after defeating Jason Brenton in a third-round TKO. Linsacum defeated Chris Scott by first-round TKO to win the welterweight title in the evening’s final bout.
Cody Frederickson hits Barney LeBlanc with a flurry of punches Saturday night in the “Rampage in the Cage” cage-fighting event at the Moffat County Ice Arena. Frederickson won the bout by split decision, earning the light heavyweight title.
