Edith Mae Ottens celebrates her 99th birthday three years ago. Ottens, now 102, still lives in the area.
Moffat County High School senior J.T. Haddan will be heading off to Colorado State University at Pueblo next year where he will become a member of the school’s first football team. Haddan also hopes to maintain his 3.9 GPA in college.
The Moffat County Thunder all-star cheer team captured third place in Las Vegas at nationals. The event marked the end of the season for the girls; next season begins in August.
