Sean Smith, a Moffat County High School senior, helps Gary Smith, no relation, decorate a pumpkin for the Horizons Halloween party Tuesday afternoon at Saint Michael Catholic Church in Craig. The yearly event celebrates Halloween for the Horizon clients, and the Moffat County High School Key Club volunteered to help with the festivities this year.
